I quit work in the summer of 1990 and have been blessed with many spiritual and mystical experiences. Some were wonderful and some beyond belief and ecstatic and others were horrific. I spent the next 15 years searching for the truth these experiences were pointing to.

I have researched and studied and practiced the work of many spiritual teachers, many spiritual guides, many Medical Doctors, many Psychiatrists, a woman with a Ph.D. in Neuroscience, many spiritual healers, and a medical intuitive.

I learned I am empathic. I can feel a person’s unconscious and conscious pain in my body. This is the healing of the open heart and the silent mind.

The choice of meeting pain and stopping all resistance to pain gives you the opportunity to stop and face what is torturing you. As my teacher has said "The surprise that awaits this choice is the discovery of what is alive and waiting in the heart of everything, is spacious consciousness, love, that which heals."
